  3. Select DNS.

Add and verify the domain

In the Zoho Mail Admin Console, add the domain and copy the unique TXT or CNAME verification record shown for your account.Zoho domain verificationExternal · opens new tab ↗

Prepare all recipients

Create users, aliases, groups, and routing rules before changing MX. Confirm every address currently receiving mail has a Zoho destination.

Back up and schedule the cutover

Add Zoho's regional MX records

Copy only the MX hosts and priorities displayed in your Zoho Admin Console. Remove old MX records only when the approved mail cutover begins.Zoho email delivery setupExternal · opens new tab ↗

Configure SPF, DKIM, and DMARC

Merge Zoho into the single existing SPF record, publish the unique DKIM selector and value generated by Zoho, then add DMARC after SPF and DKIM pass.Zoho DKIM setupExternal · opens new tab ↗

Test mail flow

Send and receive messages with an external account, inspect authentication results, and test aliases and groups through the previous TTL period.
